The Day to be Gay Foundation is formed as a non-profit corporation in the state of New York, and has been approved by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) public charity.

Contributions of any amount are welcome and much appreciated and are tax deductible under section 501(c)(3).

Contributors of $250 or more will become members of the Day to be Gay Foundation Founders Circle, established to recognize the support of our most generous contributors during our first year.
